These Terms of Service govern your use of Stockra (stockra.ai), operated by Prowebin Management FZE, United Arab Emirates.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stockra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Stockra is an automated AI-powered portfolio analysis tool. Users enter stock and ETF holdings and receive a PDF report containing technical indicators, AI signals, risk assessments, and recommendations. The service is free and does not require account creation.

ALL CONTENT, SIGNALS, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND ANALYSIS ARE GENERATED AUTOMATICALLY AND ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. PROWEBIN MANAGEMENT FZE IS NOT A LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BROKER, OR INVESTMENT MANAGER. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. Stockra is available globally subject to applicable local laws.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You may not attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI-generated reports are the property of Prowebin Management FZE. Generated reports are licensed for your personal use only.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prowebin Management FZE's liability is limited to AED 500 (approximately USD 136). We are not liable for any investment losses, trading decisions, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Service Availability

We provide no guarantee of uptime, availability, or continuity. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

10. Third-Party Services

The service uses Resend.com (email), Anthropic (AI), and Yahoo Finance (market data). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts.
